Ms. Brose has more than 23 years technical experience in hydrogeologic and environmental evaluations, including 8 years of concurrent Quality Assurance program implementation experience and management experience of over 20 staff members in multidisciplinary projects. Her technical experience includes groundwater resource investigations, groundwater modeling, hazardous waste investigations, preparation of preliminary environmental assessments, and Environmental Impact Studies (EIS). Ms. Brose is currently the facilities management program manager for Four Corners, providing technical direction and quality assurance oversight to asbestos, lead based paint and drinking water assessment projects. Ms. Brose has a strong background in federal and state regulatory negotiations with environmental agencies in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah; coordination of multidisciplinary projects; and the management of client requests and project schedules/budgets.

CAREER SUMMARY
Mr. Brose brings to Four Corners Environmental over 25 years of experience in management and technical oversight of groundwater investigations, environmental services and professional technical activities for nearly every aspect of the regulated community. He has provided technical direction in regulatory policy for local and state agencies, forensic and expert witness assistance, and is recognized for his knowledge and technical application of federal, state and local regulatory policy for water resources, hazardous, special and solid waste, regulatory permitting and personnel safety. He is nationally known for his consistent application of innovative solutions to complex problems, and is responsible for the development of numerous applied technologies that have become industry standards. Mr. Brose provides technical direction and administrative management services to Four Corners.
Prior to joining Four Corners in 1994, Mr. Brose was the southwestern regional director of environmental and construction remediation services for Law/Crandall (1991-1994), western regional director of environmental services for Malcolm Pirnie (1987-1991) and project manager at LeRoy Crandall and Associates (1978-1987). He has also taught environmental technology applications at Coconino Community College, is an Arizona Certified Environmental Instructor and Emergency Medical Technician.

Mr. Dozer has more than 22 years technical and managerial experience in all phases of hydrogeological and environmental investigations. Mr. Dozer has been instrumental in the development of water rights law technical support, including groundwater basin analyses and numeric simulation modeling as part of the adjudication of water rights in Arizona. Mr. Dozer brings to Four Corners Environmental a strong background and experience in all aspects of hazardous waste investigations; drilling and well construction programs; development of remedial technologies; soil and stream sediment sampling; groundwater and geophysical modeling and basin analysis; and mine site reclamation. Mr. Dozer currently serves as the director for Four Corners' environmental management programs.

CAREER SUMMARY
Ms. Brischler has four years of technical experience in environmental assessments and facility management. Her technical experience includes Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments, lead-based paint surveys, hazardous waste management, hazardous waste packaging, Department of Transportation (DOT) hazardous materials compliance management and reporting, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program development. Ms. Brischler is responsible for Resource Conservation and Recovery (RCRA) program management, tracking and reporting for educational and municipal clients.
Ms. Brischler also provides quality assurance and quality control support for asbestos and lead-based paint program management for municipal and state clients. She has assisted in third party reviews of asbestos survey results and operation and maintenance program implementation.
Ms. Brischler completed the Lead Inspector and Risk Assessor for Lead-Based Paint Hazards training in October 2000. Since that time, she has conducted lead-based paint surveys on various sized municipal and private client buildings. Her responsibilities have included initial assessments, sampling program development, data evaluation, and development of remedial, operations, and maintenance recommendations.
Prior to joining Four Corners in 1999, Ms. Brischler worked as an environmental technician with the Bermuda Electric Light Company. Ms. Brischler was responsible for operation and routine maintenance of electric generation environmental monitoring equipment, developed and implemented database management programs for environmental compliance and reporting, managed the customer environmental relations program, and coordinated the international environmental compliance requirements for the utility.
Ms. Brischler currently is Project Manager for Northern Arizona University Hazardous Material Program which includes the handling, sampling, categorizing/inventory, packaging, and waste manifest/shipment record keeping of hazardous and biowastes generated from campus research and student teaching laboratories.
