Career Summary

Mr. Dozer has more than 28 years technical and managerial experience in all phases of hydrogeological and environmental investigations. Mr. Dozer has been instrumental in the development of water rights law technical support, including groundwater basin analyses and numeric simulation modeling as part of the adjudication of water rights in Arizona. Mr. Dozer brings to Four Corners Environmental a strong background and experience in all aspects of hazardous waste investigations; drilling and well construction programs; development of remedial technologies; soil and stream sediment sampling; groundwater and geophysical modeling and basin analysis; and mine site reclamation.

Mr. Dozer has completed numerous environmental assessments and regulatory compliance assessments for municipal and private clients. His knowledge of industrial processes including but not limited to mineral extraction facilities, automotive maintenance facilities and heavy industrial activities and regulatory framework provides Four Corners with the expertise to assess environmental issues and develop programs to address and abate hazards associated with the workplace.

Additionally, Mr. Dozer is well versed in remedial activities ranging from remediation of volatile organic compounds, stabilization of metals for automobile fluff sites and shooting ranges, underground storage tanks and pesticides. His knowledge of the regulatory framework and remediation requirements is paramount to the evaluation of sites for environmental assessments. Mr. Dozer is well versed in vapor intrusion issues associated with volatile organic compound contamination of groundwater and soil as well as landfill gas issues.

Mr. Dozer currently serves as the director for Four Corners' environmental management programs.

Prior to Four Corners, Mr. Dozer worked with Law Engineering and Malcolm Pirnie as staff geologist through acting department manager for over 7 years. Mr. Dozer was instrumental in the initial evaluation of the Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) investigations including establishing groundwater evaluation and sampling programs as well as protocol for the evaluation of sites for further investigation. Mr. Dozer was also project lead for the evaluation of mine sites for closure due to health and safety considerations as well as environmental impacts including but not limited to cyanide and heavy metal releases to soil and waters of the United States.
